About the content
The term 3 Saturday afternoon program focuses on preparing students for the
Robocup Rescue round of competitions that run during the term.
Classes are available to students who have been with Club Engineer for a while, or students from other schools or clubs who would like a little extra coaching before the competition season begins.
We will be running sessions with the same structure and start times as term two. Existing students will be familiar with the structure and time slots. New students are welcome to contact me to discuss the availability of a place.
When are the sessions running?
- Saturday 15 July;
- Sunday 23 July;
- Saturday 29 July - Melbourne Regional Comp, St Michael's School, St Kilda (Comp entry fees apply, but no CE fees)
- Saturday 5 August
- Saturdady 12 August
- Tuesday 15 August - Victorian State Comp, Universisty of Melbourne, Parkville (Comp entry fees apply, but no CE fees)
- Saturday 19 August - Robot pull-apart & photograph day
- Then we will take our breath and review who is interested in heading to QLD for the National Comp
There will be five sessions:
- 12.00pm - 1.00pm;
- 1.15pm - 2.15pm;
- 2.30pm - 3.30pm;
- 3.45pm - 4.45pm; and
- 5.00pm - 6.00pm;
Younger students in the early sessions. Senior students later. Contact me to confirm the session that would be the best fit for your young engineer if in doubt.
What do the session cost?
The standard Club Engineer fees are $50 per hour for group sessions.
5 sessions x 1 hours each x $50: $250;
Robocup Melbourne regional entry fee: $25
Robocup Victorian state entry fee: $60
Total for term 3: $335

Sessions are run at the Learning Enrichment Studio offices:
